When the puppies were 3 weeks old they all went to meet our older dachsies.
So they moved to our living room - with their home, the litter box.

Their mom Mimmi was a little worried at first, and she did not want to let our other dachsies come near the puppies.
So also Mimmi's grandmother Tiitu stayed further away:

But after a while Mimmi stopped worrying. So finally our old Elli got her turn to clean the puppies.
She did god work...  

Very carefully! 

Soon the puppies started walking around. We put an extra (machine washable) carpet on the floor, which was too slippery for the puppies.
On the carpet they also got lunch, served by mom ; )

And after the meal - a nap 

The puppies get solid food several times a day

they eat eagerly and it gets crowded around the food ; )

  and messy...

And then again: power off ; ) 

Tucked like sardines...

During the week the puppies got their nails clipped and got some worming paste.

Now all our dachsies take part of taking care of the puppies

mom gives milk, puppies father Hiski and our old Elli take care of cleaning ; )

Now the puppies are learning new things very fast.

This week they have started to play with some toys.
