So here is Elli posing with her rose.

We decided to make them a very good birthday dinner. Hiski prefers beef but Elli loves seafood.
So we made them Surf and Turf : )
We downgraded it a bit, because lobster is hard to get and very, very expensive here in Finland.
So we made jumbo shrimps instead, with a premium fillet of beef.
